Cooperation Beyond National Borders

Development of oil in a foreign country makes it absolutely necessary for us to gain cooperation from the people in that country.

In our Abu Dhabi Field Office, some 70 Japanese and 300 UAE National and locally recruited non-Japanese employees are working; these employees represent about 20 nationalities.

Since ADOC’s inception, we have established unshakable cooperative relations between the locally recruited employees and the Japanese personnel.

Our corporate history reflects the results of not only our cooperative relationship with the Abu Dhabi government, but also our cooperative relations with non-Japanese employees.
